Hi! Welcome. I’m Kristen and this and experimental space where I’m writing about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Birth is broken and there is bounds of trauma that people experience in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Through stories, evidence-based research, and historical context on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum this is space to strive for better birth where the birthing person and thier family is centered.

There will be essays and stories, and definitely charts and graphs and data.
